Remarks made to the Television Critics Association by Aaron Sorkin, the award-winning writer and producer of “The West Wing” who was arrested five years ago after Burbank Airport security guards found magic mushrooms, pot and crack in his carry-on bag: "I do think television is a terribly influential part of this country and when things that are very mean-spirited and voyeuristic go on TV, I think it's bad crack in the schoolyard."
