NOT THE SHARPEST KNIFE IN THE DRAWER: Wexler: Hos Go Better With Coke

 

Rep. Robert Wexler (D-FL) allowing comedian Stephen Colbert literally to put words in his mouth during an appearance on Comedy Central's “The Colbert Report”:

"I enjoy cocaine because it's a fun thing to do." … “I enjoy the company of prostitutes for the following reasons because it's a fun thing to do.  … If you combine the two together, it's probably even more fun.” According to the Associated Press, Wexler later claimed he “had never seen the show,” and agreed to the gig “at the urging of his younger staffers” who “love the show and … said it would be fantastic.”

 

Yep, it’s fantastic, all right – as in, you can’t make this stuff up.
