NOT THE SHARPEST KNIFE IN THE DRAWER: If Your Father Told You To Jump Off A Bridge Would You Do It?
Troy Stewart, 31, wanted to help his 10-year-old daughter, Meagan, get over her fear of heights so he suggested that they hold hands and jump off a 15 foot bridge into the Intracoastal Waterway. Meagan made the jump unhurt, but her father broke his leg. Since Meagan jumped and wasn’t pushed, Stewart was not charged – but officials from Florida’s Department of Children & Families want to have a talk with her mother, Mandy Potter. "This is an example of what not to do as a parent," police Capt. Andy Rundle said.
