WHAT A HEEL!: The Grapes of Wrath
Tameca Griffin of Minneapolis is accused of becoming violent after being asked not to snack on grapes at a Rainbow Foods grocery store in St. Paul. The incident was triggered when a female off-duty police officer working as a security guard asked Griffin to stop scarfing down the grapes without paying for them. According to the complaint, Griffin became hostile, screamed, punched the cop in the face. The officer was left with injuries that included bumps and bruises; some of her hair was yanked out, as well. Griffin faces charges that include fourth degree assault.
