NOT THE SHARPEST KNIFE IN THE DRAWER: One Toke Over The Line
On several occasions, Jessica Durham gave her 18-month old daughter, Michala, hits from her bong to keep her "mellow." Understandably upset, a friend took a photo of the toking tot, and, presumably, turned narc on Durham. The Montana mother was convicted in 2005 of for unlawful marijuana distribution and sentenced to five years in prison. On appeal, the 9th Circuit upheld the conviction but reduced the sentence to two years, in keeping with applicable federal law.
