WHAT A HEEL!: Medical Marijuana Put To Recreational Use – And As A Lure For Teenage Girls
Steven Trimarco, 48, who had permission from Rhode Island officials to possess medical marijuana under a new state law, has pleaded not guilty to 19 counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Prosecutors allege that he used the social networking Web site MySpace.com to get least four girls, ages 13 to 15 to go to his trailer to smoke dope with him. The New York Post reports that Trimarco's MySpace pages include a photo of him posing amid marijuana plants. "The best weed in Rhode Island," one of his Web pages states. "I'm a farmer!!" Police seized guns and 72 marijuana plants from the trailer; the state law limits medical users to 12 plants.
