WHAT A HEEL!: Littering Citation Is Just Garbage


Brooklyn assemblyman William Colton alleges that a sanitation agent was captured on videotape breaking fluorescent light bulbs on the street in front of H.K. Tea & Sushi restaurant, then issuing a $300 ticket to the owner for littering to the restaurant's owner. The state assemblyman charges that the agent also targeted at least two other businesses on the same block for bogus tickets. The Department of Sanitation said it was investigating.
