NOT THE SHARPEST KNIFE IN THE DRAWER: The Neighbors Didn’t Pass The Smell Test
Columbus, OH, Officer Jimmy Green was interviewing a witness about the robbery of a pizza delivery woman when he smelled something suspicious. He followed his nose to the next-door neighbor’s house, and found hot pepperoni and sausage pizzas, a phone book in the house opened to the pizza section and cash taken in the robbery. A search also turned up a knife that police believe was used in the robbery. Two suspects have been arrested.
