WHAT A HEEL!: Baked Chihuahua

 

Marc Christopher Vincent, 36, pleaded guilty to one count of misdemeanor aggravated animal cruelty for putting his wife’s Chihuahua, Henry, in a 200-degree oven for five minutes. The incident occurred when the Utah man was fighting with his wife, Rhonda, who has since filed for divorce. As part of the plea agreement, prosecutors dropped a second animal cruelty charge against Vincent, who allegedly aimed a leaf blower at the dog, damaging one eye so badly it had to be removed. Third District Judge William Barrett sentenced Vincent to six months in prison, followed by two years’ probation and anger management treatment. Vincent was also fined $500 and ordered to pay $986 in veterinary bills for the dog, which now limps.
