WHAT A HEEL!: Shyster Suspended


Glenn A. Kiczales, 36, a former associate at a law firm specializing in landlord-tenant matters, has been suspended from practicing law in New York for five years for offering to provide confidential information about his client’s case to an opposing party for a $2,000 fee. In disciplinary proceedings, Kiczales explained that he needed the payoff to appease his wife, who was upset that he lost $1,500 gambling in Atlantic City.
