WHAT A HEEL!: Mamma Mia! That’s A Speecy Spicy Meatball!


Charmaine Twarozek, 55, allegedly laced meatballs with rat poison and left them by her back fence to entice her neighbor's yappy dog, Roscoe, to scarf them down. After a police officer found a frying pan coated with remnants of ground beef and rat poison in her trash, Twarozek was arrested and charged with poisoning a dog and cruelty to animals. Roscoe’s owner believes the German shepherd mix nibbled on only a bit of one meatball, but he was taken to the doggie ER as a precaution.
