NOT THE SHARPEST KNIFE IN THE DRAWER: Certifiable Mail

Prosecutors say Tiffany Joy Kelly, 28, of Amarillo, TX, confessed to mailing 78 pounds of marijuana to herself via USPS Express Mail so she could distribute it. She was sentenced to 2 1/2 years in federal prison for illegal use of a communication facility, a felony involving the use of a means of communication to facilitate a drug offense.

Jamaican citizen Reuel Kamar Brown, 24, was arrested by Osceola County Investigative Bureau agents and charged with drug trafficking after he allegedly went to a UPS center to claim 100 pounds of cannabis packed in four boxes that were sent to two homes in Kissimmee, FL, from Louisville, KY. The marijuana is said to have a street value of more than $83,000.
