NOT THE SHARPEST KNIVES IN THE DRAWER: Criminal Stupidity

 

Iowa City pizza delivery dude Adrian Hilton, 26, allegedly stuffed his stash of pot into a Pizza Pit deposit bag and put it into the night deposit box at American Bank and Trust. Though Hilton admitted making the deposit, Assistant Johnson County Attorney David Tiffany cannot indict him on drug charges because a bank teller allowed Hilton to withdraw his stash – that is to say, handed over the evidence. No charges will be filed against the teller for giving the pot back to Hilton.
