NOT THE SHARPEST KNIFE IN THE DRAWER: Drag-Net Out For Cross-Dressing Lottery Thief
Surveillance video captured images of a white male in his early 20s between 5’9" and 6 feet tall wearing a woman’s shirt and khaki pants entering the convenience-store of a Noco station in Depew, N.Y., and leaving with a whole lotta lottery tickets worth $2,000. Police got a photo of the man when he tried to cash in his winning tickets, and are now trying to match the photo to suspects. The Stiletto is not trained in law enforcement, but she has to ask: How hard can it be to find a guy wearing Janet Reno-sized khakis?
