NOT THE SHARPEST KNIFE IN THE DRAWER: Suspect In Port-A-Potty Fails To Stall Cops
After Johnny Snodgrass, 21, allegedly snatched a purse from an 89-year-old shopper last month, police were able to get a good description of him from surveillance video taken at the store and at a nearby video poker parlor where her wallet was recovered. A tip led police to a construction site where Snodgrass worked, but he ran into a portable restroom to hide when he spotted them. "A Port-A-Potty is not a good place to hide. There's only one way out," police Chief James Kudlak told The Associated Press. Snodgrass is being held on $5,000 bond, and is scheduled to appear before a magistrate on April 25.
