An online classified ad posted on Craigslist said: "House being demolished. Come and take whatever you want, nothing is off limits. Items outside and garage will be open for access into house. Please help yourself to anything on property at 1202 East 64th Street. Tacoma." Within a week, the unoccupied house was stripped bare – someone even took the living room window. The ad had allegedly been posted by Nichole Marie Blackwell, 28, who was angry her mother had been evicted from the house – which is owned by her aunt, Laurie Raye. Blackwell is now facing charges of burglary, malicious mischief and criminal impersonation.
