NOT THE SHARPEST KNIFE IN THE DRAWER: Cops Add Injury To Insult


Some 15 police officers bust into Silvia Bernal’s apartment in Annapolis, MD, at about 8:20 p.m., and kicked her husband in the groin. Only after husband and wife were wrestled to the ground and handcuffed, police realized they had raided the wrong apartment. When officers and the city's tactical squad went to the right unit, it was empty. Police spokesman Hal Dalton called the incident was regrettable.
