NOT THE SHARPEST KNIFE IN THE DRAWER: The Other Shoe Is Not Going To Drop


A thief stole 10 shoes worth about $65 from a clearance table outside a Shoe Show store in Fayetteville, NC – but they’re all for the right foot. To deter shoplifters, store manager Edwina Peterson puts out only one of each pair of shoes, so customers have to come into the store to get the other one. To her amazement, same-side shoe thefts are not uncommon, even though the thieves can’t wear the shoes.
