NOT THE SHARPEST KNIFE IN THE DRAWER: Pearson's Knickers Still In A Knot Over His Pants


You’ll recall that administrative law judge Roy L. Pearson got pantsed in his attempt to "ex-tort" $54 million from Custom Cleaners over missing trousers. Now, he plans to file a motion asking that D.C. Superior Court Judge Judith Bartnoff reverse or clarify her verdict, arguing that she did not address his legal claims that the owners of violated the city's consumer protection law. Chris Manning, the attorney defending the shop owners, has filed a motion in D.C. Superior Court asking that Pearson pay the tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees his clients racked up.
