    Gaah! Some proposed solutions:

    1) Use the library, stupid! (er...smarty!)
    2) To train the kids (and save on air conditioning and heating!), put all electronics in one room. Voila - parents can supervise their kids, the rest of the house stays cooler during summer, and the room itself needs no heating when the computers are on in the winter!
