WHAT A HEEL!: Clash Of The Titans
Christopher Carter, 44, a broker at Wall Street stock firm Maxim Investments Group, has been charged with misdemeanor assault after he became enraged during a spin class at the very upscale Equinox Gym and slammed Manhattan hedge-fund manager Stuart Sugarman, 48, and his bike against a wall. Apparently Carter got ticked off by Sugarman's "hooting and grunting during the workout," reports The Associated Press. Sugarman's attorney, Samuel L. Davis - whose client sustained a back injury that required surgery – dubbed the incident "spin rage." Carter's attorney Michael Farkas, intends "to vigorously fight this charge."
