WHAT A HEEL!: Police Seek Pint-Sized Purse Snatcher

 

A surveillance camera captured an adult with shoulder-length brown hair push a girl under a short swinging door at Lucky Leo's in Seaside Heights, NJ, so the toddler could steal a purse belonging to an employee of the boardwalk arcade. Police are pursuing several leads, and say the adult could face charges of endangering the welfare of a child, and employing a minor in a criminal act.
