WHAT A HEEL!: Ambulance Driver Felt No Pain


WV ambulance driver Steven Ray Marcum was transporting a patient from a hospital in Ashland to a nursing home in Huntington, when police saw him run two red lights. After Marcum failed a field sobriety test and a blood test for drugs was administered, he was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.
