NOT THE SHARPEST KNIFE IN THE DRAWER: Out Of The Mouths Of Babes
St. Paul, MN, police responding to a home burglar found a two-year old sitting alone in a car with power tools in the trunk believed to have been taken from the garage. The boy was very verbal and the police were able to question him easily. They asked where the tools in the trunk came from, and the boy told them that "Uncle Al put them there," and that Uncle Al ran away when he saw "one of you." Then the toddler very helpfully got out of the car and showed the nice officers in which direction Uncle Al had fled. The car was tracked to the boy’s mother who told them the man – who was not related to the child – was supposed to be babysitting him. Police are still looking for Uncle Al.
