NOT THE SHARPEST KNIFE IN THE DRAWER: Heads, Judge Tossed; Tails, Judge Pitched
Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court Judge James Michael Shull was removed from the bench in a unanimous vote by the VA Supreme Court for, among other transgressions, tossing a coin to determine which parent would be awarded visitation with a child on Christmas, reports The Associated Press. “Even more egregious," according to the court was the time he ordered a woman who wanted an order of protection against a partner to drop her pants – twice – first so he could see whether he had stabbed her in the leg, as she claimed, and then to see whether she had received stitches. The court slammed Shull for not resolving disputes fairly and not treating litigants with dignity.

Was his behavior "juvenile and domestic"? Or just "juvenile"? This is one of those sad/supercilious-laughter posts; while I try to feel a grain of sorrow for the guy, he probably deserves to be laughed at. Guess I'm not a truly compassionate conservative! :D
