WHAT A HEEL!: Lawyer Accused Of Worming His Way Into Wills Of Wealthy Clients

 

Attorney Francis X. Morrissey Jr., 65, had many wealthy clients, among them the late Brooke Astor. Morrissey not only raked in huge sums serving as an executor or trustee for the estates of New York’s upper crust, but an unusually high percentage of his ultra-wealthy clients included him in their wills. Now, Morrissey been indicted for allegedly forging Astor’s signature on a final amendment to her 2002 will, reports The New York Times, so that he and her son, Anthony D. Marshall, could benefit financially.
