NOT THE SHARPEST KNIFE IN THE DRAWER: Did He Handcuff Himself, Too?

 

A 28-year old Canadian drove up to the police station in Wetaskiwin, Alberta, parked his car and walked inside the lobby “displaying many indications of being intoxicated,” the constable tells Reuters. The man was promptly arrested and charged with impaired driving.
