NOT THE SHARPEST KNIFE IN THE DRAWER: Foul Shot
Daniel Kuch, of Pasco, WA, was shot in the shoulder by a drive-by shooter while he was out jogging. At least, that’s what he told the sheriff's detectives when they took down his complaint. Turns out, he needed to avoid an upcoming drug test at work so he asked his friend, Kurtis Johnson, to shoot him so she could take a few days off. Johnson was arrested for investigation of reckless endangerment, reports The Associated Press, and Kuch is expected to be charged with making a false police report.
