Justin Vonkummer, 28, was zooming through Salisbury, CT, when he was stopped by a state trooper. His explanation: He was trying to retrieve an Oreo that fell into a cup of milk and lost control of his car, reports The Associated Press. The smart cookie has been charged with speeding and driving under a suspended license.
