WHAT A HEEL!: HS Teacher Secretly Tapes Students Using The Girls’ Bathroom
English teacher David Lista, 35, who works at Mills High School in Millbrae, CA, has been charged with four felony child pornography counts, including possession of the material with the intent to distribute after FBI computer forensic investigators allegedly found hundreds of photos and videos of child pornography on his home computer. Questioned by investigators, Lista admitted that he secretly videotaped 19 girls using a bathroom adjacent to his classroom. While prosecutors do not believe he distributed those images, they charged him with two misdemeanor counts for that footage – but may upgrade those to felonies, reports The Mercury News (San Jose). But the District Attorney's Office may yet convert those misdemeanor counts into felonies.
