NOT THE SHARPEST KNIFE IN THE DRAWER: Two Wrongs Don’t Make A Right

 

Cyheam Forney, 31, of Melville, NY, tried to pay his bail on an arrest for a misdemeanor charge of driving with a suspended license with a phony $50 bill, reports The Associated Press. He is now in the pokey on a felony charge of possessing a forged instrument.
