NOT THE SHARPEST KNIFE IN THE DRAWER: Toothless And Brainless
Kevin Lewis Waits, 25, of Hillsboro, TX, allegedly called 9-1-1 15 times because he needed a ride, reports The Associated Press. After the emergency dispatcher repeatedly told him he needed to call a cab, police went to the apartment complex to find a cab ready to take Waits where he needed to go – except for the fact that could not cough up the $26 fare he would be charged. When Waits confessed that he had used meth, the police took him to the hospital and then arrested him on charges of harassment and theft of service.
