NOT THE SHARPEST KNIFE IN THE DRAWER: Felony Charges In Forklift Caper

Todd Barnes, a waiter in Delray Beach, FL, took a 21,600-lb All-Terrain forklift on a joyride, reports the Palm Beach Post. Barnes claimed he was taking the forklift to another job site, but the police soon found out his story did not check out and he was charged with grand larceny, trespassing on a construction site and driving with a suspended license (he lost his license after a DUI arrest in 2000).
