WHAT A HEEL!: Child Welfare Worker Whips Child
Cylenthia Clark, former assistant director of the Fulton County (GA) Department of Family and Children's Services (DFCS), pleaded guilty to one charge of child cruelty for whipping her 8-year old daughter with a belt and received 10 years probation, reports WXIA-TV (Channel 11, Atlanta, GA). Clark administered the corporal punishment for the girl having gotten into a fight with a boy at her daycare center, and striking a staff member in the face. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree, does it?
