WHAT A HEEL!: Trooper Got Too Caught Up In His Work
PA state trooper Shawn Dillard, 39, of Harrisburg, who was a member of an anti-prostitution task force working a local truck stop, has been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of making false statements, obstructing justice, facilitating interstate prostitution and conspiracy for allegedly tipping off the hos – and in one case offering to reduce charges against a woman in his custody if she serviced him, reports The Associated Press. If convicted, Dillard could spend as much as 25 years in jail and could be fined $1 million.
