WHAT A HEEL!: 9-Year Old Sets Kitten Ablaze

 

New Castle County Police and officers from Delaware SPCA arrested a 9-year-old boy for pouring lighter fluid on a kitten and setting it on fire, reports WPSG-TV (Channel 3-Philadelphia). The boy has been charged with one count of “cruelty to animal that causes death,” and police are looking for the two friends who were with him and may have helped ignite the kitty.  

 

Maybe the American Medical Association is on to something: Showing cigar smoking in movies leads to disturbed behavior in children (third item), who are no doubt smoking stogies (last item) while committing their depraved acts.
