WHAT A HEEL: Obama Against The Second Amendment – And The First Amendment, Too

The Obama campaign has sent a strongly worded letter to TV station managers – some would say “threatening,” as it mentions “FCC licensing requirements” – in PA and OH demanding that they stop airing an ad from the National Rifle Association Political Victory Fund. Oddly, the NRA-PVF ad had not yet aired and has thus far been viewed only on YouTube (video link). Apparently the campaign is launching pre-emptive attacks meant to chill free speech, and prevent voters from getting the information they need to assess his candidacy. You’ll recall that in between his stints as an erstwhile community organizer and a professional politician, Sen. Barack Obama (D-IL) was a part-time constitutional law professor.
