WHAT A HEEL: He Puts The “Pee” In Politician

Inebriated Jersey City councilman Steven Lipski (D) was busted for allegedly pissing on – not pissing off - a crowd of people from the balcony of a Washington, D.C. nightclub during a concert by a Grateful Dead tribute band, reports The Associated Press. Lipski, who was charged with simple assault, has told reporters the incident was “deeply humiliating, very embarrassing" and troubling” and that he has “resolved not to touch alcohol again.”  “Stagger” Lipski also vows to keep his day job: “I'm going to continue to do all the good things, and I'm not going to let this overshadow me.”
