NOT THE SHARPEST KNIVES IN THE DRAWER: Cops Bust Robbery Victims

Responding to a report of a robbery at a home in Upper Darby, PA, police found that the victims, Edward and Debra Hatton, were allegedly running a hydroponic marijuana farm in their basement, reports The Philadelphia Inquirer. A search of the home also turned up an AK47 with a fully-loaded clip holding 30 rounds of ammo; a Philadelphia police jacket and badge, as well as jackets and badges from various federal and corrections agencies; and Nazi uniforms, helmets, boots and medals. The husband, a Haverford Township public works employee, and wife, a horticulturist, were arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.

Though Upper Darby Police Superintendant Michael Chitwood claims this duo are “in the realm of some of the world's dumbest criminals,” The Stiletto bets that if you read through the “Not The Sharpest Knives In The Drawer” archives, you will find they have plenty of competition.
