NOT THE SHARPEST KNIFE IN THE DRAWER: Sobriety Tester Accused Of Drunken Driving
Kathleen Cherry, 53, a phlebotomist who obtains samples for blood alcohol content (BAC) testing for the Carson City sheriff's department was arrested on a misdemeanor drunken driving charge and accused of driving drunk to a jail to draw blood from a suspect, reports The Associated Press. Though she claimed that she had imbibed just one margarita, she allegedly failed field sobriety tests – and her own BAC exceeded the state's legal limit of 0.08 per cent.
