Responding to an alarm at the PNC Bank in Montgomery Township, NJ, a couple of weeks back, police officers saw a person through the windows of the bank, which had its blinds drawn. In an abundance of caution, they sealed off the area and evacuated three nearby apartment buildings, and tried to contact the intruder by calling the bank and using their bullhorns, reports The Associated Press. When they got no response, a SWAT team entered the bank to find that the bank robber was just a life-sized cardboard figure.
