NOT THE SHARPEST KNIVES IN THE DRAWER: H2CUS
Alan Heuss was sitting in his BMW with the engine running in Columbus, OH when "some young man came up and opened the passenger door and stuck a gun in my face and told me to get out," Heuss tells WBNS-TV (Channel 10-Columbus, OH). The carjackers got away with the car, as well as Heuss' cell phone and some cash. After filing a police report, Heuss met with friends, one of whom came up with a fiendishly clever plot to smoke out the carjackers: He sent a text message to Heuss’ cell phone inviting his friend to party with him, and told him where to meet. “They were expecting this hot chick to arrive with drugs, and Columbus police officers arrived instead." And they were driving Heuss’ car!
