Police in Cleveland say Alejandro Melendez called 9-1-1 to report that two men with guns were watching him, then hung up. When the emergency dispatcher called him back, he asked her to wait – and then proceeded to negotiate a drug buy, the details of which were being recorded, reports The Associated Press. When the police arrived at the location the dispatcher sent them to, they found cocaine in Melendez’s pants and arrested him for possession.
