NOT THE SHARPEST KNIFE IN THE DRAWER: Life Imitates Pole Position
When Boynton Beach, FL, police tried to stop Elvis Alonzo Barrett, 46, for a traffic violation he sped off to elude them, and in the process “ran through red lights, crashed into another car and a fence,” reports The Associated Press. In the process, Barrett racked up 50 traffic citations for speeding, reckless driving, running red lights, driving with a suspended license and not wearing a seat belt. Oh, and police found crack cocaine and a crack pipe in his car.
