WHAT A HEEL: Where There’s No Will, There’s A Way

Although convicted drunken driver Marvin Rice Jr., 27, had a device installed that prevents this car if alcohol was detected in his breath, he still managed to crash his car into a utility pole while driving drunk, reports The Associated Press. Suffolk County, Long Island, police have no reason to believe the device malfunctioned – Rice circumvented the technology by driving a rental car. He is hospitalized with critical injuries.
