Acting on an anonymous tip about a party involving underage drinking, Wolcott, CT, police arrested 24 minors for possession of alcohol at the home of Rachael Ramonas, 17, who represented her state in the Miss America Outstanding Teen pageant, reports The Associated Press. Ramonas had been given a $2,000 scholarship for winning the state title, and pageant officials say “the matter is being reviewed.”
