NOT THE SHARPEST KNIVES IN THE DRAWER: (Drug) Moving Violation

After being pulled over for tailgating an unmarked police car, police charged Jonathan Gonzalez, 23, and Felicia Deneen, 19, with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of cocaine, reports The Associated Press:

Police said when officers asked the driver, Deneen, for her license and registration, several individually wrapped baggies of marijuana were "in plain view" in the glove box.

When Gonzalez got out, police said, he dropped cocaine from his pocket.

They both pleaded “not guilty” at their arraignment in Framingham (MA) District Court.
