WHAT A HEEL: A Pass, An Ass, A Sex Offender Class
Attorney Robert Kahn, 72, was convicted of third-degree sexual abuse, a Class B misdemeanor, for "cupping” a 34-year-old female law guardian’s left buttock as she leaned over to retrieve a file from her briefcase during a family court proceeding in The Bronx, reports New York Law Journal. Acting Supreme Court Justice James M. Kindler ordered Kahn to attend a sex offender counseling program.
