WHAT A HEEL: Nine-Year Old Girl Victim Of Suggestive Craigslist Ad
Social worker Margery Tannenbaum, of Long Island, NY, was arraigned on charges of aggravated harassment and endangering the welfare of a minor after allegedly posting an ad on Craigslist that said, "I need a little affection ... I'm blond, I'm cute and I'll be waiting" and included the home phone number of a nine-year-old girl who had had a fight with her daughter. The victim’s mother intercepted calls from 40 men who had seen the ad, reports CNN. The ad was traced to Tannenbaum after Craigslist was subpoenaed by the authorities.
