NOT THE SHARPEST KNIFE IN THE DRAWER: Life Imitates “Swing Vote”

Forget about taxing the rich to pay for healthcare reform (Blue Dog Dems are siding with Repubs against it) without adding to our already stratospheric national debt. President Barack Hussein Obama wants to pay for this latest radical expansion of government with “sin taxes” on soda and cigarettes. Just like in the movie, “Swing Vote” - where the outcome of the presidential election hinged on one man’s vote - instead of “the rich” paying for healthcare reform, one Josh Muszynski of NH apparently got stuck with the bill. Muszynski got charged more than $23 quadrillion ($23,148,855,308,184,500) for a pack of cigarettes that he used his debit card to pay for at a local gas station, reports The Associated Press. OK, OK, it was a bank error, which Muszynski spent the next couple of hours on the phone with Bank of America sorting out – and he even got a refund of the $15 overdraft fee he was charged.
